SHIPPING COURIER USED

Quartz and Vine primarily uses USPS, and sometimes UPS. Quartz and Vine does not use any other shipping provider. If you have a shipping preference please state so with your order notes. You will be sent an additional bill to cover extra shipping charges if the provider chosen is a higher price. We use PirateShip.com to purchase shipping labels.

 

DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS BEFORE PAYING

• We can't edit/change addresses.

PROCESSING TIME FEE

• $3 non refundable  for a new invoice

ALREADY SHIPPED:

• you must initiate a "Mail Intercept" with postal carrier used

ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

• Save all items, packing, & message photos within 5 day
